Ikebana: The Living Art of Flowers

A meditative arrangement session guided by a certified Ikenobo master

Ikebana is not decoration. It is conversation — between the arranger, the flower, and the space that holds them both. In Japan's oldest flower school, the Ikenobo tradition, each cut is considered, each angle deliberate, each empty space as meaningful as the stems themselves. Under the guidance of a certified master, you will learn to read a branch before you touch it.

The session begins with a brief introduction to the three core principles — heaven, humanity, and earth — before you begin arranging your own seasonal composition using materials sourced that morning. There is no wrong outcome. There is only attention.
